What Color is Yellow?

Who does "Asian" refer to? In their 1974 poem “What Color is Black?”, Barbara D. Mahone draws connections to blackness in their family, community, and ultimately all people. The same could be said of the color yellow – a definition ascribed to represent Asianness – yet relations to the Asian continent permeate all people.

For the duration of the <#StopAsianHate> at Nodul Art Space, messages from activist groups dedicated to fighting anti-Asian racism in all forms through multi-racial coalition building will be posted here and in the physical space.
